Thrifty Thursday

I will try hard to be thrifty today! I am meeting SIL at the mall for a day out with the kiddies. I will take my Chick Fil A coupons of course to help offset the lunch cost, and shop clearance racks only. Sometimes we do really well at JC Penneys with clearance. The mall is also having a sidewalk sale.

Feed and change baby
make bed
1 load laundry
get DD's to do chores
check out Saleshound.com for sales at the mall
pack snack for the mall

That's about it! Have a frugal day!

Breakfast: Toaster strudel and tea

Lunch: Free chicken wrap at Chick Fil A, iced tea
Dinner: crockpot-have VBS again tonight!

No mystery shops today!

Thrifty Stormy Thursday!!

Today I need to go and check on Neighbors Cats!!
I also need to make up our beds!!
I need to unload and put up the clean dishes!!
I need to mop and sweep and vacuum the kitchen floor as well as the bathroom floors!!
I need to declutter kitchen table and middle room ,as well as DD's bedroom and the Master Bedroom and Bathroom!!
Well that is about it for what I have to do today!!

need to run to store for some tomatoes*done*
Mow lawn...going now while it isn't so hot!*done*
Baseball practice tonight!

I'm sure there is more to do, just can't think of it!

Took out hamburger meat for hamburgers tonight!
Currently baking cookies!

Good morning!

For Thrifty Thursday, I will:

Work from 7-4
Go to Vons for refund (they overcharged me on an item)
Go home and have hamburgers on the grill for dinner
Put away clean dishes
Make beds (didn't have time this morning)
Check Pennysaver for garage sales
Take items to garage for storage
Spend time with DH

B - Coffee, Yogurt, Bagel
L - Soup, Crackers, Cottage Cheese
D - Hamburgers, Fries, Salad

Good Afternoon Everyone!
I am hoping that by posting here I will get more things done in an organized manner!(I need all the organization I can get)

So far today:
*Picked up car from being inspected (NOT A FRUGAL COST!!!-I ABOUT DIED WHEN HE HANDED ME THE BILL!!!)
*Walked mile and a half to get car- consider that exercise LOL
*made beds
*unloaded dishwasher and reloaded
*washed/dryed 1 load of towels
*made the boys lunch
*worked on list of dinner ideas for the month

Still have to:
*run sweeper in living and diningroom
*make dinner
*get ready for work
*work 5-12 pm
*get son's uniform ready for baseball tonight

B-yogurt and water
L-salad and cottage cheese
D-Grilled Chicken Salads

It's already noon!!

I have already:

Bathed Ayla..fed her two bottles, and her lunch of solids
(creamed spinach, rice,carrots all purreed..with diced mangos for dessert)
Put her for a nap while I..
Worked out for 55 minutes! (it felt GREAT!)
Put away dry dishes
Started a load of dishes
Vacuumed
Put away most of the clean clothes

Still need to:

Mail a couple of envies{done}
Put away her highchair{done}
Put away rest of the clothes
Mop kitchen floor
Start a load of laundry
Wash bathroom sink and toilet
Organize my desk
Put away my coupons
paint my nails
shower/get dressed{done}
Fix chicken for dinner
Walk outside to try and get a little bit tanned OR go to the pool
Return stuff to Target
Relax and maybe do a hair 'facial'

Breakfast~Yogurt and water
Snack~ 1/4 of a Mango
Lunch~ Salad and ?
Dinner~ Grilled chicken breast, potato with gravy, corn, and other veggies, popsicle

Been pretty good day so far.......

I have:
Payed cell/phone bill
Payed cable bill
Sent out a couple of envies/refunds
Payed credit card bill
Went to K-mart/Food City
Rented a movie with my free coupon!!

Still need to:
Go to the gym
Straigten the house
Cook dinner: Hamburgers, Broccoli, Potatos
Pack for overnight stay at my parents house!

B-fast: bowl of cereal/fat free milk
Lunch: p-butter and banna sandwich/necterine

Today is a busy day for me I already got:
garbage out
water bottles out for pickup
fed cats
filled ice tray
filed my coupons
checked e-mail

I still have to:
get everything ready fro this weekend (I have a convention to go to all weekend}

put away what clothes I was able to get washed {my washer decided to break in the middle of laundry last night & I have no way of fixing it until after monday}

I have to put my lunch up for tomorrow
get some paperwork ready to mail to my dad
fix dinner
take a shower
clean kitchen table
wash dishes
file more coupons

breakfast: a bowl of corn chex
lunch: ham sandwich
dinner: bbq ribs, pasta & corn

eveyone have a beautiful weekend

good afternoon everyone. Today is such a nice day. Not to hot.

Worked out
put laundry away
fixed kids lunch

Now I am doing some oamc since it is not so hot. I am making soups and beans and rice stuffings for burritos or tortillas. I will have a big mess in the kitchen to clean up.

b- cereal

l- lentils and rice from freezer with crakcers.

D- probally some of my oamc.

Today was a busy day, I worked at one of my cleaning jobs made 45.00.
Got oil changed and tires rotated on my Mustang paid 11.00 not bad
Got Mustang washed waxed and detailed for 3.00 with a coupon
Went to Winn Dixie with 2 free coupons got a free Ranch dip mix and a Cover Girl Makeup they paid me .09
It was a very good day

Hi ladies! I wanted to post here, before I searched the rest of the board. It is late, but Istill need some inspiration.

Today I felt horrible at work, so I came home early. I lost an hour's worth of work, but I felt like I was going to drop. Also, dh and I decided to order take-out, so that was very unfrugal
