4/28 Tightwad Tuesday plans?

I'm getting ready for another 12 hour work day so I won't be spending any money other than the gas I use to get there and back. No one will be home today so the windows will be open to cool the house and no lights will be on. I'm taking my lunch. Hope everyone has a great day.

Nothing much today. I have to go grocery shopping, then home to do housework.

Good Morning! Hope you don't mind if I join you today.

Not spending any money today.
Need to make some rolls for dinner up today.
Laundry will be washed in cold, less detergent and hung on the line - so that's a savings of $$.
Need to straighten the house up and mop the floors also today.

I have to work today, supposed to be until 5, but I'm sure I'll get done earlier...then I am coming home to do a bunch of nothing...I'm exhausted...I'll be doing the basics like laundry and dishes and making dinner...but other than that...Nothing!

Today I am having a day behind the computer looking out some things for my next set of English lessons.
I also have to go grocery shopping.

We are in the middle of construction work in our upstairs, so everything is downstairs in the way, and I have let the kitchen go completely. I hope to get the refrigerator cleaned out and the kitchen straightened and cleaned, which is a bigger chore than it sounds :-)

I have to work, but should be done around noon. It's raining, so this is not my favorite weather to work in...ugghh.

When I get home, I plan to make some bread, more laundry, fix supper, clean kitchen, then watch The Biggest Loser.

not much going on I have to do laundry but out of detergent so quick run to the store and try to get out without overspending dont know what to make for dinner Maybe pork chops if they are onsale at the store then i must wait for the guys to come to finish up the counters Hve a great day everyone

Dunno exactly. Need to do lots of laundry incl. the bedding. Playing w/ cleaning out the stove. Rainy day sluggish today.

I'll be spending the day just "dinking" around!

I plan to spend much of it crafting, hopefully get some painting done and maybe some sewing.

Other than that, I need to:
~Get my oldest off to school
~Stop and get him a disposable juice box for his field trip today, on the way to school.
~Wait for the guy to come and do a fence estimate
~Unload the dishwasher (you heard that right...no more dishes by hand...I found a great deal on a used dishwasher)
~Fold a few loads of laundry that are sitting in the basket
~Make a lasagna casserole this afternoon, to be reheated for dinner
~Get to the gym tonight.

I think that is about it!

Today is a stay home day

No errands to run. I have to:
~wash breakfast dishes
~vacuum downstairs
~pick up
~take something out for dinner
~pick up the girls
~take dd 16 to the SPCA/pick her up an hour later
~make dinner
~knit
~watch TBL

I have the usual work chores: cover jackets, mail books, pick up books, leave books/smalls at antique mall.

Non-work stuff:

Clean something new. I've been working on this and maintaining what's been cleaned ever since I hurt my back, as I do whatever I can; I just let go whatever make things twinge or worse.

Work on house notebook.

Work on filing.

DH and DS are both at work. I made banana biscuits for breakfast. Laundry has been switched out twice and ironing is done. Still have one load in the dryer and one in the wash waiting to go in. Swept out the garage since today is our one day without predicted rain this week.
I work today so I am making sure DD will be making ham and cheese sandwiches for herself for lunch. After work we will have fried chicken, mashed potatoes and corn. The kids have GED classes tonight so while they are doing that I will tweak the menu for May.
