Morning all. Big snowstorm coming. Yds is home sick. The lyslol and cloraxcleanup are getting a workout today. Not going anywhere. Dh will snowblow when he gets home.

Morning everyone have a pork shoulder slow cooking in portable roaster house is neat and I think Ill go for a walk I have to go and get a pair of sneakers for my mom in the nursing home and then make a few calls have a greatday everyone

They've been saying "snow" for the last 2 days and I have yet to see any. Our weather radar shows us a solid blue but nothing is happening.

I get to go dig the last turnips and carrots today. Yay. It is 30F out.

Morning all! Well my house guest left this morning. Today I'm going to try and get back into routine. I do have some laundry to do that must be done today. That reminds me, I have to move the clothes in the washer to the dryer.

Morning all, I'm off today just getting stuff done around here like laundry and cleaning the bathroom and picking up the house. I need to get my manger out and under the tree. Get started on christmas cards too! Have a great Tuesday! It's snowing here yeah!!!!

Towels are washed and folded. Clothes have to be ironed. Dinner is in the CP (Asian pork stew). I need to clean the kitchen and then the nursery. DD3 has an after school club meeting and DS1 + 2 are going to orientation this evening at Habitat.

Morning!

I fell over a chair yesterday

(so embarrassing) & am all bruised up, very sore all on right side (ribs, back,etc)...

not doing much today... but..

Laundry (I think this is a daily event in our house!)
Organizing desk/mail, etc
Revisiting budget & balancing check register
Go make sure dogs have water to drink (not frozen)
Probably will watch a movie or so..

It is cold, drizzly, & they are talking snow & ice in the forcast today.. heard the roads are slippery already...Keep warm all!

It raining here today so want be going anywhere today ,so a no spend day here,just doing usual things like cleaning, cooking all the fun stuff.HaHa

I hope you feel better soon. I fell on Saturday getting into dh's truck. I slipped on the wet running board. The whole side of my leg is bruised and still swollen. I was so embarrased.

I just got a pot of chili started - yumm esp. on a cold day like today!!
DD#2's friends are coming over to make candy (they live in an apartment with a tiny kitchen) and DD#4 is babysitting their two babies.
Swim practice for the teens later
Need to make a run to the restaurant supplier for some items for our church's single mom's Christmas event Saturday
Pack some boxes
Talk to the real estate agent about our house search - which is becoming a little frantic 'cause we've sold our current home and need to be out by the 30th - yikes!!!
Laundry
And 101 miscellaneous items

Happy Tuesday everyone!
I worked this morning. Getting in and out of the car a bazillion times in the rain stinks!
Then I went to the thrift store, found a couple of books.
Now I am home, and dry, yay!

So far I have:
-made a batch of hamburger bun dough (it is rising now)
-listening to DR podcast from yesterday
-visited FV

Need to:
-finish hamburger buns
-balance checkbook
-wrap 2 presents
-turn leftover pork roast into pulled pork bbq
-clean kitchen after supper
-shower, read, watch TBL, read some more!

Today was cold and we had some light snow! I got out to go to the gym to swim, stopped by the bank, post office,dropped off the cleaning, picked up a few things at the store. Came home and helped more with the household deep clean, made out Christmas cards. Wrapped Christmas presents. Getting ready to relax and watch some TV. Hope you had a good day!

Today I:
~signed up for and logged in to my new dyslexia course online
~deposited check from ASTA (Arkansas State Teachers' Assoc) for the course
~taught school
~got a haircut

~got DS a free haircut (after mine, her next appt. didn't show up and she said, "AJ hop up there and let's get you a trim, so your daddy doesn't have to drive you to the barber shop." He fussed because he'd rather go with his dad and talk fishing with the old geezers at the barber shop, but it sure helped me!)

~put up Christmas tree w/ DH

~knitted during lunch break (I feel very industrious when I do that.)

That's it! I had a great day teaching my students and taking care of my family!

Hello ladies. I know it's very late but I was away for a couple of days and just had to post. I know you will all understand. I did my 8 hours at work, then on my way home I stopped to deposit some money into our savings. Once I got home I fixed dinner, did dishes and folded some clothes. I'll see you all in the morning.
