    ~Good morning everyone!
I'm eating the last slice of a bacon, spinach & cheese quiche for breakfast and drinking coffee made from reused grounds. Oh yum! the kids are having homemade wheat waffles with homemade maple syrup.
    Then it's homeschooling time!
Leftovers for lunch, homemade soup from my garden and fresh bread for dinner. Got Breakstone's whipped butter at the market this week for just $.99 to go with it.
The rest of the day will be spent sewing and figuring out what to do with the extra produce from my garden. I'll probably freeze a bunch.
    Stay cool everyone!~

It's just too hot to do much of anything.
I did get the kitchen cleaned up again.
We'll be having taco salad using up the leftover taco stuff.
I wanted to go get some mild salsa for mine (I can't do spicy), but I'll try to whip up some homemade sauce out of canned tomatoes for me. It's just too hot to get out. I'll go later in the evening for milk.
It's so hot, the dogs don't even want to go out.

Fresh homemade raspberry jam (picked and made yesterday) on toast from homemade bread for breakfast,
Leftover meatballs and rice for lunch,
Spent about an hour filing burrs off the chainsaw chain instead of buying a new one (chain slipped off a couple days ago and driver mangled the chain, wouldn't fit on the bar),
More wild berry picking this evening with my little girl, perhaps some fishing as well.

Very warm day today. Did my errands early. Found zucchini @ .49 lb, so I bought two lbs. to make a side dish to dinner. Dinner is toasted cheese and tomato sandwiches. On errand day I don't like to cook.

Hung out at home other than buying milk, bananas and fried chicken.
Skipped renting a movie even though I really felt like it.
Spent $6600. on college tuition but paid $4000. off w/ the federal income tax check. Need to tap the education fund for the rest to pay the CC. Just scary to see it sitting there at all.

Dropped the van off for repair but they can't look at it until tomorrow.
