Tightwad Tuesday, Dec. 27th, 2011
Out of actual 'meal making' food, so went to the store for a few things. Just what I absolutely needed.
Laundry day. Out of clean towels, out of most clothes and essentials.....
Sorted through some coupons, and ads, to organize for next weeks' shopping. I continue to clean up after the Christmas onslaught.
All is well here. For the most part. Everyone has the apres Christmas doldrums, kind of.______

We are 'laying low' today. Yesterday was Boxing Day - we didn't go shopping. Today is the day after Boxing Day - we're still not going shopping
I do know that some laundry does need to get done - does it ever stop? I think today is a lay low, graze on leftovers and treats watch tv/movies kinda day - just like we usually do on a Sunday.
Yes, today is our 'Sunday' since Sunday was spent doing the whole Christmas thing.

walked the doggies before the torrential rains started normal daily cleanup did 3 loads of laundry got some bread dishwashing liquid and some clothing at walmart. gonna have some leftovers for dinner slowly putting things away from the holiday not the decorations though leaving them up for awhile Happy Tuesday to all

We are having a homeschool day to keep the older kids busy. My parents just left this morning after staying two weeks with us and my husband's parents are coming on Thr. to stay 11 days. I figured I should keep them busy so the time will pass quickly.
I also have tons of laundry and cleaning to do before the next visitors arrive. Well worth it though so the grandparents can meet their newest grandson!!
