Tuesday again already???? Time sure flies when the kids are home! We're gonna hang around the house today-too hot outside. I want to get caught up on some stuff.

So far today-DD's have:
vacuumed
dusted LR
cleaned glass
emptied dishwasher
cleaned bathroom sink
swept floors
folded laundry

So far I have:

2 loads laundry
got dressed
fed, changed and played with baby-now napping
ate breakfast
got DD1 to write a thank you note


I need to do today:
Finish laundry *DONE
strip my bed and wash sheets, hang out to dry *DONE
clean up ebay area in LR-its a mess! *DONE
Put DH ebay stuff from porch to basement *DONE
put out newspapers
plan dinner *DONE
find part to sprinkler before grass dies
sew DH clothes (from Dec. I think-still on my floor
Make tshirt for VBS
dishes *DONE
spend 15 minutes in basement *DONE
list auctions
make lunch *DONE
clean out refrigerator
make banana bread
sort and file coupons

I know I will not get this all done today, but it gives me incentive to produce when I put it before everyone! I like to go back and mark things DONE-give me a sense of accomplishment.

Breakfast: Toaster strudel and tea
Lunch: chicken salad
Dinner: some kind of crockpot chicken

Good morning and Happy Tightwad Tuesday!

I am at work again but at least it isn't MONDAY!

Last night I started organizing my coupons and listed them in the coupon forum. Tonight I plan to just relax and play on the internet. DH won't be home until later so I get a nice, quiet house to myself. I don't even have to cook dinner!

Today is busy its library day!!!Allready worked out and got everyone ready.Had breakfast and made beds.For the rest of the day.....

dishes-blah i hate this
sweep kitchen floor where ds loves to throw his food
vaccum living room
wash 1 load of laundry and hang,fold 2 loads
library 2pm for story time
to the park to walk around track,dd ride bike and play on jungle gym
clean hall bathroom
sweep and mop hall bathroom
go to store to pick up groceries

Money spent about $25 for groceries

Breakfast-pancakes
Lunch-chicken,peas and apples
Dinner-chicken gizzard for dh(yuck yuck yuck)tuna fish sandwiches for me and the kids

Well I better Get started or my Frugal Tightwad Tuseday will be gone before I know it!!
Breakfast was two FigNeutons!!
Lunch was Taco Bell Dh's Treat!!
Dinner will be Burgers!!
We also went to Vote Today in SouthCarolina's Runnoff Elections!!

Today was a fun day. I worked out this morning and made lunch. Then I took the kids to the pool for 3 hours. I knew I was going to be tired when I got home, so I laid out some oamc food.

l- left over potatoes and boca burger

d- homemade veggie soup.

Tightwad Tuesday!

Mine was pretty good......did not go anywhere, therefore, no money spent! Stayed home, cleaned house, cleaned out dd's closet, and cooked supper. Weeded the garden, picked some squash and some cukes, came in and taking it easy.

Today DH stayed home!!!
(why you ask, because he stayed up all night playing video games)

soo not a lot got done today I'm sad to say..

I sat online a lot fuming over the fact that he can't get his act together,(and he napped until about 1pm!!) and also sorting through coupons, getting some ready for an envy..

I helped Ayla walk a lot, this is a new thing that she loves to do!
We also danced alot to music..

I did go to Target and got a 15.xx$ Store credit from the rugs we bought last week since they went on sale this week
With it I bought some dishwasher detergent and I spotted the table I want! (It's only 59.99)

I also went to Albertsons and got two bags of Frito Lay's for 1.28 total (saved 68% and no coupons!)

I went to Ralphs and messed up my trip because they were out of the bacon to use with my produce I had already picked out..dummy me!
I paid 4$ for just 2 pounds of grapes, 1 pound of apples and one eggplant!! Crazy I tell ya! But it's all healthy stuff so I don't feel too bad about it..plus I was craving apples like crazy! I'll make a casserole of eggplant paremesean and have grapes to snack on instead of salty snacks

I would have paid 30 cents less *and got the bacon if it had been in stock! OH but I DID get a raincheck! (which was like prying teeth!) So this is a good thing it'll give me a chance to use the produce coupons with (hopefully) some better/different loss leader produce.


I also jogged/sprinted/walked for 15 minutes..and wore shorts so I think I got a tad bit of color also Killed two birds with one stone!

Our new washer and dryers were installed today (paid by the homeowner association ) and the price went UP for the quarters we need to put in and I've heard that the washer is Even SMALLER! GRRR

I talked to one of my neighbors on my way out and that felt good to talk to someone other than my husband

So now I've been folding laundry, straightening the couch and living room..but I still need to drive out to the livermore ralphs for another 'big' trip! I think I'll just go by myself even though it makes me nervous

Hi! Happy frugal Tuesday!
Had to work today,so nothing got done at home.(I have Fibro,so with me -it's work OR house-not both)
I work at CVS Pharmacy and VO5 shampoo is on sale this week,but waiting on my couppons to arrive to buy. Also,Managers specials on tuna,coffee,and little canned hams,so I may do some stockpiling on those things. DH gets paid tomorrow,so I can go to the store.
It finally rained!!!!YAY!!!!
AlSO we paid our car off Yippeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee It feels so good to get that done.
Have to work tomorrow too,so I guess it's one more day of messy home(I can still get through a narrow path to bed-all is well)
