    Default Tense Tuesday

Today is going to be a tense day for me today. At 11 am I'm taking Grandma from the rehab center where she's been treated for a tailbone and leg problem over to an ACLF where she may be moving. At 89 she can no longer live by herself and its come down to me to help her pick out a place to move to. For various reasons she isn't going to move in with any family members.
Soooo I'm taking her over to see if she likes any of the 4 different room types. The place is brand new and beautiful I visited last week with my sister and its the place my mom has come down to after monthes of looking. Weeding out the good, the bad and the ugly.
Worrying about this had me up a 5am this morning so I've had more than enought coffee
Pushed DH out the door to paint job
Folded and put away one load of landry
    Fed furbags
Ordered up birthday flowers for friend up north
    Cleared my mailbox
    Put down trash
    Eatten breakfast, dressed, made bed

Will get DD up at 7:30 feed her
    Drive Car pool
Then go to Clearwater an hour away and see Grandma
Go see Mom at hospital to report on visit
    Pick up kids at school
    Make supper Steak Salads
    Do the Candy thing

Same stuff for me today except I have to take my son to the Dentist at 10:15am but pick up his xrays at 9am, then head the the other dentist, but before that I have to drop my DD off at school.

Straighten up the house, wash dishes, clean countertops, sweep handwood floors, clean up bathroom and misc. things around the house.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday!

I woke up with a headache a couple of hours ago. The headache is gone now, thank goodness. Today I have to:

    Make bed
    Study for a test
    Straighten up the house
Feed the dogs ( they'll appreciate that!! )
On 11-22-85 I married the man of my dreams.
On 01-13-89 I gave birth to the love of my life.

I finally got the house to myself again. Ok, well, that can be good and bad. Dh went back to work, so not as much gets done on the house.
DD is off to school in costume, she say's she is a psychic vampiress..LOL
Still need to make beds, dishes, laundry, make dinner, blah, blah, blah, and need to take DD for last year of trick or treat. We don't get any kids here for trick or treat, so it's fun to go out with DD to her friend's subdivision to watch the kids....
    Have a great day everyone!

    Good morning
Got two of the four kids off to school. The boys go in a little bit. Dh shortly after. I have to go get a package together to send off to Hawaii so dh can take it with him. After everyone leaves for school I have to clean up the house super quick so I can work on some socks I'm trying to get done for dh's birthday on Friday.

This afternoon I'm going up to the boys' school to help w/ costumes & such for the Halloween parade. It will be an early dinner, mom is coming over and we will go T or T-ing. Dh will hand out candy since he will be home later.

Busy day today. Going to the office this morning and then go to the kids school to help with their Halloween parties. Then home and work in the house some and then trick or treating.

Mouth still sore...not quite as bad as Friday and Saturday though.

Working the morning shift so I can spend the evening taking Paige trick or treating for the first time

Finished the treat bags for us to hand out last night (not sure how many to expect as just on our in our neighborhood there are over 70 houses.....oh well, at least Paige should do good on her first outing...lol)

Got two pictures in frames to package to be shipped out of work today and then when the new manager gets here I have to show him how to close since his never done it before.

I hope to leave by 4 at the very latest since daycare is closing early today. Once we are finished with Paige we are going to take her to Joes work to eat supper and let his employees see her.

Then its laundry and off to bed at a decent hour since I have to open again on Wed.

Have a good and safe halloween Tuesday everyone

I'm doing schoolwork today and looking forward to trick or treat tonight. Since I can't get up and down easily due to the surgery, I'm going to have DH park the cars on the street and set up shop in the driveway. A lawn chair, a table for the candy and a few candles, and I'll still be able to hand out candy.

I worked last night and will work again tonight so I won't get much done here other than a quick peek at the Village and then sleep and get up and get ready to go back to work. Have a great Halloween everyone.

Well let's see, I will give the kids their lessons and assign chores (this is a daily thing). Today John will have to do a few loads of laundry, take out the trash, vacuum and dust the living room. Ali will have to do the dishes, feed the animals, sweep and mop the kitchen/dining room/hall. Each one needs to clean a bathroon as well.
*I did not finalize my packing list yesterday so I will do that today.
*Have to call the pet resort in Orlando to make Frannie's boarding reservations and call my vet here to make the reservations for Hunter, Mocha and Jack.
*Got to run by the batting cages without the kids so I can pick up the new bat Momma bought John for Christmas and take it by her work. It had to be specially ordered and it finally came in!! YAY!!!
*Help Ali finish sewing her costume.
*Get a nap in so I am fresh and ready for tonight.
*Of course Chris and I will take the kids out to trick or treat.
    Happy Halloween to all!!!!

Looks like full days for everyone!
It's a day off for me, but I am changing over to do a midnight shift tomorrow, so I'm a little off kilter. My plan is to finish spinning up my fawn fleece so it can be put up for sale, finish the hat and scarf set for a friend of mine, grocery shop for the pay period, make bread, spaghetti sauce etc for freezing. Right now.... I'm just focussing on getting the coffee in me
Handing out candy tonight. fun fun...

Got 2 of the kids in school while the other one is sleeping at the moment.

Trying to finish up two reports for school that are due Sunday and participate in some discussion assignments (go to school online through local college).

On top of this, we are moving so Im busy doing last min packing, cleaning, repainting 2 rooms, making TONS of phone calls to change addresses, girls buses, turning utilities off in one place and on in the other.

I don't think the little one (18 months) will sleep long enough to let me get all this done.

Oh and we will trick or treat tonight.

Then we get to start all over again tomorrow!!! Yippe

I was up at the regular time this am. made bed, showered, got hubby off to work after I made him lunch. Went to grocery store, blew right past the budget. groceries are put away. Fixed the mud room toilet. dishes are done. Laundry's done. Ate lunch earlier. Have to do the night shift tonight, so I'll have to have a nap in sometime between now and treaters! Some times my days off are worse than working days. Have a great Night everyone.

It is a wonderful day here! Its warm, the sun is shining, and DS is sleeping!

I got out of bed early (10am) and fed, bathed, and played with DS until 12:45pm - he went down for his nap much easier today, and wasn't nearly as fussy during his awake period this morning. I moved his bouncer farther into the dining room so I can have the living room door open (screen door) without making him cold. It's about 60 degrees out and the sun is shining. I moved all of my plants that are going in for the winter into the bedroom, and cleaned up the four that I'll just leave out there until they die. The cats were extremely excited that I'm allowing them out on the deck and letting them munch on the plants (hey, they're going to die soon anyways!).

I also managed to figure out what the heck I did to my FSA plan at work - they took an extra $50 out of this month's paycheck. On the bright side, I'm getting another free $150 match for the year (yay!) - I just didn't realize that 1. I was allowed to change my contributions for a life event and 2. That I actually DID change my contributions when I added DS to my insurance. So we now have an extra $300 to spend on medical costs between 9/20 and 3/31/07 (since the bill for DS alone is $750, this shouldn't be a problem!). I did have to put a call in and find out what happens if I get laid off in Nov, since technically I'll still owe them the amount that would come out of my Dec. check.

My list for the remainder of the day:

*Figure out something to make for supper with ground beef
*Call my dad - this was on my list yesterday, but it didn't happen
*Do one more load of laundry
Loving wife to DH (8/31/03) and Mommy to Owen Alexander (9/20/06) and Oliver Andrew (5/25/12)
