    Smile Electric bill dropped!!!!

On April 16th I switched out most of our bulbs for CFL bulbs and our usage went down 162 KWH! The great thing is the CFLs were only in place for 9 days of the last billing period, so I can't wait to see what happens with a whole months usage! Actual savings was $14.10, the bulbs have almost paid for themselves already!!!!

Hurray! We used them in some of our lights, but I haven't really noticed a difference in our bill.

That's a great savings, we might have to look into those for a few of our light fixtures. We only really use 3 lights in the evening, but it would be worth it to even save a few extra dollars more each month.

Yup, one of the times I saw my electricity drop was when I changed out the bathroom bulbs with the CFL's. All the other lights were changed out. But by changing the bathroom lights I saved $4.00 a month.
