    Smile New furnace &....

Well we have a heating/cooling guy coming in tomorrow night to start installing a new furnace and an on demand hot water heater!!! I am so glad we are finally able to get these two things out of the way...thankfully the money we are using to pay for them is out of my casino winnings from this month!!!

Congrats! The on-demand water heaters are supposed to be super energy efficient, too! DH is thinking about getting one next year when we plan to replace our current one! You'll have to let us know if you see some savings!
