I worry about my Mom, too. She kept getting colds and was sick all last winter and she lowered her heat to below 60 to keep her bill down. She has no air conditioning, either, so she suffers all year-round, it seems.

I really, really, really hate speculation reports. I don't get what they're trying to achieve out of them besides scaring the crap out of people and driving up the prices unnecessarily. It's exactly what happened to oil prices!
Ugh...
I'm so peeved by this.
Unless they can show me what concrete things they have to judge their speculations on and how much of a reality they really are, I won't accept some speculation on ANYTHING!
Whatever happened to living carefree and letting things happen naturally?
