    Default Thanks Land Lord!

a couple of months ago I called our Land lord because the Gas Hot water System was being a bit dodgy, within 24 hours she had had it replaced with a brand new one (the old one would have been at least 30 years old)

Well it is obviously much more efficient then the old on, our gas bill was $35 cheaper (that is over 10 per month!) and that was for only 2 of the three months for this bill)

Can't wait to see the next bill to see if it is even cheaper.

I am going to email her now to say thanks, but I guess that she can be pleased for herself too as he plans to move back in in 18 months time so it will make her gas bills cheaper too!

Wow! What a deal! It's amazing what people spend on energy using "old" appliances. Good for you!

That is great! So nice to hear stories about the good land lords, not just the bad ones! I'd be psyched too!
