Gas bill way down!
Our tankless hotwater heater & new furnace have made a big & I do mean big difference in our natural gas usage
! Our gas bill just came in & they had to adjust it because they guessed our usage way off for Sept. 19th - Nov. 19th. We only used 38 CCFs for 2 months!!!! For a gas bill of $67.19!!! Our last gas bill prior to the water heater & furnace install was $184.78 and we weren't even using our old furnace during that time !

That is a big difference! It looks like the tankless hotwater heater was a great investment.

I've heard those tankless are GREAT!! I know when I retire and get my little place in the country, I'll install one. No question about it.
