Yes! It's been cold here in Germany- with lots of rain too. We live in a converted barn so our walls are thick and keep it cooler inside (great for summer though!).
Wife to Air Force DH for 7 years.

Still holding out here, but the weather has been mild. I am not on a budget billing plan, so the less I need heat/air, the less I pay. It was so nice to get a bill less than $200!

~Yesterday was the day. We've had the thermostat set at 58* and it has dropped to that in the house but the heater hadn't kicked on until yesterday afternoon. A few days of rain and clouds followed by a very windy day is what did it.
I've been wondering if allowing the house to drop to 58* has created the basement moisture/mold problem in the the bedrooms so I actually turned the thermostat up to 60*. And there it will stay.~~Constance
