My Magic Jack came in the mail on Monday and I connected it to the computer. It was very easy. I've used it several times this week and so far I like it.

About a year or so ago, a friend of mine used this...He had problems with it continuously...
He didn't like it at all...I didn't like the reception or clarity either...
Maybe he just had a bad one...Wife to DH

We had one for a while. We liked it. Once in a while the reception wasn't great but I think it was more the phone than the jack.

Can anyone tell me how this Magic Jack works? Does it tie up the internet? Sounds like you use the phone?
Any others have any input as to good or bad?Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.

We had one and it totally crashed my computer. My mil also had one and it crashed her computer also. Just do your research first.

It probably crashed your computer because it installs spyware. It also collects data on which numbers you call in order to customize the advertisements it puts on your computer. It's all in the EULA.
