I was specifically watching mine this month as I did LOTS of canning last month............yep, went up......

Figure my canning costs from $5 to $10 for the extra elec......but I did lots of sauces this year that have to be cooked down. Last year it didn't go up that much.

Still............is worth the flavor and wholesome food!!

Woo hoo!! Mine is the lowest it has been in the last twelve months! My house is all electric, so I was used to paying a couple of hundred every month, especially since I am on a well.

This month, it was under $100!!

I just saw the last of my Big summer electric bill...Because of having the in-ground pool and central air we hovered around $390 for July and August and $325 for September. The winter we look at around $200 monthly. I try to get the kids to unplug everything, shut off lights and TV's when they leave the room or go to sleep and shut down the computer when not in use but gotta love forgetful teenagers! lol

$58 for August-Sept for a 600 sq ft one bedroom apt. Just electricity. Better than where I lived before where it was regularly >100 for about the same sq footage.

Our first bill for a 4bd 3ba with in-ground pool (run the pump for 4.5hrs) and central air for a 22 day cycle was 123.00 with 35.00 of that being startup fees. So essentially we were at 86.86 for the month.

    Electric $73
    Gas $27

We don't have a water/sewer bill. I was very happy with that considering we have a good sized house. Weather has been cooperative this fall.

$148 last month (mid-September to mid-October). Finally a little relief from the heatwave. (All-electric house, by the way, and I work from home, with a lot of computer equipment running all the time.)
