    Default Last months electric bill - too low for a bill!

    I logged on to pay my electric bill and got a message that because I was below ex amount of usage there was not a bill to pay. Ohhh how nice was that! If only that happened more often. Of course with the heat wave we went through last week and the CA running a week straight nearly it won't happen again but I felt so inspired!

    I'm sure they'll add it to the next bill. They're not going to give you power for free.

    You mean your elec. co. DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A MINIMUM THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY??????? Mine does........I pay $15 if I live in the dark and do nothing!!

    I changed electric providers 4 months ago and even with the hot weather the highest bill I 've had was 25.00 and the one I just got was -24.69. ( yep that's "-") This is even with a new eletric hot water tank. I can live with this too.

    Oh I have no doubt what I did use will roll over to the next month. I realize there's no such thing as free electricity. This does justify to me my constant unpluggin of devices and all attempts to use less electricity.

    What??? Where do you live that you can just 'change elec. providers'??????? Did you move?

    That would be the only way you could get another provider here!

    ours was an estimated this past bill...i think due to the heat wave, it was just easier to estimate than do actual readings...imo...ours was quite small also and i was shocked until i realized that it was just an estimate...our AC has been running non stop along with all ceiling fans....next months bill should be a doozy....

    In another town over from me they have their choice of electric providers, i think there is 4 different ones. No of course were i am at we do not! My bill this month was $320~ now of course we are ALL electric plus there is someone home 24/7! CONGRATS on that low of a bill i wouldnt know what to do..lol!
