Smile Hubby just went to buy us a new water heater...

We have known for awhile that we were going to have to replace out water heater but today the situation got desperate! I had a total of 7 minutes worth of hot water for my shower! No one else had used any hot water for over 2 hours, so we know that the water heater shuold be totally dead within the week. Hubby is getting a 50 gallon tank with 2 inches of insulation. we currently have a 30 gallon tank and have an water heater insulation wrap around it. I can't wait to be able to have people take showers back to back again and actually be able to fill the whole tub with hot water!

Enjoy that hot water Debbie. Since replacing ours recently, I sure can tell the difference.

Yay! Our water heater is beginning to corode, so the plumber who came out to look at BOTH our clogged toilets has suggested we replace ours before it starts to flood the garage. Looks like Monday we will have a new one too.

We just got a new one too maybe three weeks ago. A little bigger than the one we had. But when it goes on it's scares me half to death with the noise it makes. Our water is twice as hot now so it is nice. Enjoy your new one.
