    Default need tips on saving on heating oil

    This is our first winter heating with oil heat. We have locked in at $1.99! Which is kick ass. However I would like to conserve as much oil as possible. Any tips would be highly welcome.

    Lol, about locking in your price, We have the same kick a** price too.
    We use wood for heat . I'm home all day and keep the fire going and the thermastat at about 65.
    If you have drafty windows & doors do what you can to insulate them.
    If chilly put on a sweater and some slippers.
    Turn down the thermastat at night, pile on the covers & snuggle with someone.
