Not that it's fall, do you have your heat on yet?
We haven't turned our's on yet although its now at the freezing point in early morning. It is cool when we get up, however I'm determined not to turn our heat on until the end of Oct.

My heat will not go on unless it absolutely necessary. It does get a little cool when we first get up, but after a couple of hours it feels just fine in the house. With the price of gas going up I will be keeping the heat very low.

It's been quite chilly here in the mornings lately, but an extra sweatshirt for Jack is fine. Me, I'm loving it, I'm still wearing shorts and tank tops!

We talked about this the other day and won't be turning on our heat until it is absolutely necessary. Oh and on Tuesday we are getting the furnace cleaned so it will operate at maximum efficency.

muggy again :(
ive used the a/c a lot more this year than usual. it was such a yucky summer (to me) here in wv. i probaby started back in late june--i usually hold out til august.
lately, it was being really nice--cool in the nite and mornings and then warming up to hot but has been real muggy this weekend. no more a/c this year for me--mine is about kaput. so that is what im planning on using income tax for unfortunately.
im a big baby about the heat. hopefully i wont have to use it til the end of october. but the minute it gets cold at nite-i have the comforter out and the heat on.

We're holding out at least until October. We'll wait as long as possible. We are having pretty chilly mornings moving on to hot and muggy afternoons so if you can just hold on until the sun comes out it's not bad. I did drag out the blankets we keep in the living room for the kids to cuddle under.

No, not yet, it hasn't been that chilly that we need the heat on yet.
Until last week we still had weather in the 80's,,,it has cooled down over the weekend though and I don't think we will get any more 80 degree days..

Hoping to have the a/c turned off pretty soon. I did turn it off yesterday..we had a really cool breeze out and I opened all the windows and turned on the ceiling fan in the living room...when it got close to bedtime I turned the air on just so it would kick on through the night since we dont leave windows open at night.
