Make yourself a draft stopper

I have some that the previous owners of the house left, they are made with a sturdy courderoy material and filled with sand. Nice, except for when the dog chews one up
MESSY!
I wonder if rice would work? I think it's a little cheaper than beans and less messy than sand.

I just use an old blanket that I cut into pieces long enough to put in front of the doors, and roll it up... It seems to do the trick... I do need to make some more of them though.. Thanks for the links...

2012 Goals
Use the vegetables from my garden and learn to preserve.
Cut down on all unnecessary things.
Free is best.
Get the garage completely cleaned out. Half done-Until BIL and SIL stored their stuff--now back to square 1.
Make the yards nice-weed, mow, plant, flowerbeds,etc.
Stay home more/eat out less if at all.
FIND A NEW JOB!!!
