phone company. i had been looking at the bill nad found an unexplained charge. i called they trandfered me. when i finallygo tot where i needed ot be i found out this is a monthly charge that my son( who doesnot live here) signed up for. well after 6 months of this, they now are giving me a credit for 120.00! on my next phone bill!!!!!!!!! i am so doing the happy dance!

I am so happy that you wrote this because you reminded me about a charge on my phone bill for a service I never asked for. I called about mine and like you found out that my daughter gave them permission, she doesn't live here either. We'll see if they cancel it and refund the money. Thanks for reminding me

They are suppost to credit me for two months since they just charged my bill again. Should be on my Jan bill. Sure hope so, if not I'll be calling again.
