    Angry i am going to have to hurt hubby! lol

    2 nights in a row i have come home and the house is so hot. both nights the thermostat was at 80!( this is not a typo) 80! when i went in the bedroom he also had on the electric heater! i was so hot( both physcally and emotional) i turned down the heat to 68 and turned off the heater in the bed room! grrrrrrr

    we have propane which is alredy outragous, so i can only imagine!

    Ouch!! I would make a huge copy of the bill when it comes in and tape it to the thermostat as a huge reminder next time!!!

    lol, i called him today to talk to him about it. he said 70 is to cold! i told him to put on flannies and a shirt instead of gym shorts and he would be fine.

    EXACTLY! When my kids were whining about it being cold and they were standing there in bare feet and short sleeves I explained to them that when its 100 degrees outside they wouldn't wear a sweater -- that they needed to dress according to the temperature. Hope you can convince your DH to wear more than gym shorts!

    came home tonight and the heat is set at 69! much better

    A couple years they cancelled some schools because the temp was like -9 degrees. Then a reporter was interviewing a high schooler whose school wasn't cancelled. This teenager was ranting about the irresponsibility of the school being in session as he's standing there without a hat, with his coat unzipped
