    Default Keeping a Daily Log of KWH?

    Anyone care to start doing this with me? Maybe we can offer each other some encouragement? I try to read my meter at approximately the same time everyday.

    Yesterday I used 29 kwh

    married to my honey
    mommy to one handsome teenager
    mommy to 2 furbabies

    no consumer debt, zero, zip nada

    mortgage - 56,140.96 pay off date 11/2017
    car fund 5,000
    heating unit 0

    A kilowat - Is a unit to measure energy, its used in billing by electric companies. If you pull out an old electric bill it will tell you how may kwh you used for the month. Hope this helps.

    Somehow, yesterday we used 50kwh from 8:00AM until this morning at 8:00AM. OMGoodness!

    hmmm, interesting idea banana. i'm in. i'll look tonight at nine and again tomorrow ....i sometimes live by the moto 'ignorance is bliss', but i think i need to be more realistic about life and face the bare facts. this will be good, and especially good since we're all doin this together and can have a basis of comparison and some encouragement.

    okay, now i've looked at my meter....and written down what it says, more like a picture with numbers....i'll compare todays to tomorrows and hopefully it will make sense to me.

    I'd love to start doing this! My mom checks hers often but I can never remember to check mine! Maybe this will help motivate me.
