Default Hoping to Leave AC off all night

Well it seems pretty mild out tonight! The temp outside is 72 at 9:30 pm and inside it is 80. I am hoping DH doesnt start to complain that he wants the central air on. It is supposed to drop to 62 tonight. I am hoping that it drops real quick!

I'm always the one that's burning up. DH had the air off when I got home today, and it only took about an hour before I was whining for him to turn it on. I am very hot natured! Hopefully you'll get to leave yours off tonight.

We were able to leave it off, although I dont think I will get away with it tonight, lol. Dh was complaining big time. I told him this morning to read the newspaper on the back patio where it was nice and crisp out in the 50's!

    Red face RE: A/C

    Try:
    accuweather.com
*you can click on "hour by hour" forecast, it'll show you every hour of the
day and humidity, etc.-- so you can plan, like I do, for the A/C
to be on or off and at what temp.

We never run our AC at night during the summer, and believe me, LOL, it's hot and humid here on the Georgia coast. We use electric fans. Even though we have ceiling fans in each bedroom, we sleep like babies, cool and happy with our electric fans. We also have our windows open too, unless it's raining and the wind is blowing.

We took our A/C out yesterday because it's been so cool here and we are thinking it isn't going ot get any warmer than the low 80's here when Indian Summer hits. It was 38* outside when I got up this morning. Tonight is not quite so cool and the weather is supposed to be back into the 70's over the weekend, but I am NOT looking forward to cold weather, even I love fall.....drats!!!

We will leave our AC running until at least November. We do not even have gas cut on at our house since it rarely gets cold enough for heater. (The only thing in our house that runs off gas is heat.) If it ever does get cold, we have several space heaters we pull out for the night.
I would love to have a good snow here every few years for the kids (and me).
