    Default Loving the budget system this month!

    We've been on the budget, or equal pay, billing system for our natural gas bill for some time now. Somehow I'd totally forgotten that August is the 'catch up' month - either you pay the difference if you were over what they charged all year, or you get a reduced bill. Imagine my surprise - and JOY - when I opened this month's bill to find that I owe $8 instead of $125!!!! WOOHOO!!!

    Thank goodness it didn't go the other way.

    You won't believe this... I just looked at the bill again, and they DO owe me! They owe me the $8.06!!!

    What a hoot!

    Now my next goal is to get our usage down so they'll reduce our equal billing amount again (it was $113, then went up to $125... I want it back down again!)
