Back from NYC
I got to spend a few days in NYC with a school group. It was amazing. The kids got to see everything they wanted. Broadway was terrific...we saw The Lion King. The weather was crappy, but we didn't let it stop us!
Nothing like travel to make you appreciate HOME! We sure are glad to be back here in good ol' Arkansas!Wife to Kevin: 20 years

I'm glad that you had a great time - NY is such a great city.
We'll be going to NY in August with our daughter.
We are also thinking about going to a show but we have looked into the prices and they are EXHORBITANT!!!! I know that we can go to a booth and get cheap tickets but I believe that the waiting time is quite long and I don't want to waste a second if I can help it.*Avril*

I love visiting New York but I could never live there, and I'm always a bit relieved to leave. I live in another city and I love it. Maybe I don't feel the same about New York because it is so small, tall, grey, crowded, loud, nonstop, and has no trees. Anyway, glad you had fun!! I went to New York the same weekend you did. Ate amazing food, spent time with friends, and overall had a great time despite the horrendous weather.

I went to NYC for the first time in the spring and had a blast. I also went to see the Lion King and loved it. It is always nice to come back home. I spent 4 days there and it was plenty for a trip to see some of the sights and get a feel for everything.
