    Default Costa Rica

    My D leaves for Costa Rica on June 22nd...this is her graduation gift. She is going with a tour group and will be staying for a week. Any tips/recommendations? Thanks!

    What is the tour taking her to see? What part is she going to? If Limon, be careful........not too safe. Catch the turtles if you can..........either laying eggs or hatching out......great experience. Monte Verde rain forest is nice........
    If she is with a tour group she will be sort of 'stuck' with doing what they have planned....right?

    WEAR A MONEY BELT!! Take rain gear! Only take 100% cotton for clothing.........anything with polyester will be hot and sweaty!!

    Either PM me or ask here.........I visited three times and lived there for 6 months.
