    Default The countdown has begun...

    I am leaving on my vacation to see Lori and family as well as my daughter and family in

    11 DAYS!

    I am so excited! My grandson  Eddie is counting backwards and calls me everyday. This is going to be the vacation of a lifetime. I have never been away from home for that long and my son Shane (13) has never flown, caught a firefly or frog or a fish even. Lori have so many things planned. We are camping at a lake for a couple days, going yardsaling, doing crafts and oh yes, since I have missed everyone's birthday, we are having a

    Very Merry Unbirthday party for everyone!

    I am looking forward to meeting Sunshine while I am there as well. After this, I will be so ready to go back to work and school. I have planned this vacation for so long and now it is so near. Only problem... I am very afraid to fly. I think I am going to my doctor and ask him for two pills to help me through one for the way there, one for the way back.

    I bought very cheap tickets on the internet and there are a couple of very long holdovers, especially the one in Chicago, but I budgeted it in! Thank goodness, I will not be far from this village while I am gone!

    You are going to have a wonderful time!!!! Give Denise and Lori a Big for me. And...I don't want you to be afraid to fly. Just think of it this way, they bring you drinks, snacks or meals, you don't have to do any cooking or cleaning and you meet some really interesting people!

    Oh Robin, that's wonderful! You have a splendid time and don't worry about flying. (Dramamine would be a cheap alternative if your dr. won't help you out......it always knocks me out! You might wanna just take 1/2 so not to miss the whole flight.)
