Talking Wow! What a great Vacation!

I'm back! We had a wonderfull time at the RV park. We left Friday morning about 10:00 and got all set up and enjoyed some time just sitting around talking with Jesse and his girlfriend. Then they left to go to work and dh and I went fishing. The trees have really grown around the park so there was lots of shade around the lake.

Awe, the lake, it was gorgeous and there are so many ducks and there is even a white crane that lives in the rocks. There is a large water fountain in the center of the lake and it's so pretty and as the sun sets, it casts a rainbow.

We caught several little fishies. We fished a lot on Saturday too. I caught 6 little perch. It is catch and release and is free and you don't need license.

I read a whole book (Danielle Steele). We went to the Casino for breakfast Sat. morning and got 4 eggs, big slab of ham, biscuits/toast, hash browns, coffee/tee for $2.99 each. We had enough leftovers for me to have 3 more meals from that one breakfast and I still brought home some ham, lol.

There was a Polynesian show last night and it cost $15.00 a person to get in and we didn't want to pay that so we sat across the lake in our chairs and watched the show and our neighbors brought us back a pineapple and 2 mangos. Everyone is so friendly at these RV parks and all love to talk and share and help each other.

We chatted with other RV'rs and enjoyed a wonderfull grilled steak and the potatoe salad that I took with us on Sun. night. We sat outside and watched NASCAR on out little TV and we watched "As Good As It Gets", "You've Got Mail", and "Runaway Bride".

Dh and I spent most of the time together, since Jesse had to work all weekend and it was just wonderfull! We didn't even get on each others nerves, lol.

I've got some pictures I will put up later. Need to download them.

I hope the one with me and the 2 lb. big mouth bass came out good. Sat. it didn't get past 88 degrees and was so lovely just sitting outside reading and chatting and watching the world go by.

We came home about 9:30 this morning and got unpacked and everything put away within an hour. Now all I have to do is laundry.

We sure needed this non-stressfull vacation.
