Looking for a romantic B & B, inn, etc in NH
I know there are some NH members here, and I am hoping you can help me out. My dh and I are thinking of going up north (maybe North Conway area or further north) for a weekend. I've never stayed in a B & B or inn as dh and I prefer to be left alone--don't want to be "forced" into hanging out with other couples or the owners, etc.-but I like the "romantic" feel of an inn/B&B. Something away from the "rat race" and just super relaxing.
Do you have any good recommendations for this type of place? We may want to consider a hotel too if it means that we can be left to just do our own thing.
My requirements for an inn/B & B: I want a king size bed, fireplace, private shower, and a jacuzzi/hot tub would be nice too.
Am I asking too much? LOL

I believe it's called the Christmas Farm Inn in Jackson, NH. It's just outside of Conway. I could get more details from a friend if you're interested and what a real opinion. It might be on the pricey side though. Maybe they have a web site? There is also Franconia Inn in Franconia, NH, Sunset Hill House, (Inn not B&B) that are off the top of my head.
