    Cool Yipee! My frugal beach vacation!

    We have a friend at church who has a condo at Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Now, we are normally off season people since it is cheaper and we don't have to wear bathing suits to the beach in Feb.! LOL! But, my girls need to go to the beach in the summer for once.

    We picked a date and checked on the condo. It was available. The usual rental price is $800 for the week, but we are getting it for $400! We couldn't get a room for that price, plus we can cook our meals and do our laundry as well. The condo is one street from the beach so we can walk. It is also near the Pavillion, so we will probably take the girls one day for the rides. The condo has a pool, which is where I will be!

    Congrats on that! We love to go to the shore, too (NJ shore), but it's usually prohibitively expensive to stay overnight.

    That is wonderful!!! We went to Myrtle Beach this year, and for 3 nights we paid almost $500 for an ok hotel. Have fun!
