Houston, here we come!

Well, it looks like my family and I will be traveling to Houston this week. So tell me what is there to do that's free/cheap. We'll have time Tuesday afternoon, Thursday all day and possibly Friday morning.

My dd is competing at the National Trampoline Competition at the Brown Convention Center. We have reservations downtown -- cheap through Priceline -- but the parking is going to kill us, and no pool. Oh, well, we've had a lousy week, so hoping for a better next week.

Any ideas welcome.

Thanks, Darlene!! You've given me some good info. I just need to print some of it out. Checked out the boat tour, but it's already full. Wish I'd known about it sooner. Oh, well.
