MORE pictures of the Lake District!
I am going to post some more pictures for you, these are ones that my Dad took, he takes so many photo's! anyway if you want to comment PLEASE, PLEASE WAIT until I post the last one ( I will say this is the last
)
It takes me AGES as I am not as computer savvy as you guys so please be patient with me!

Well, that will have to be it for now, for some reason it won't let me post more than 5 pictures on this thread
Each time I add a new one it knocks one off
so sorry the show was so short, if any one can tell me what the problem is dh will translate this end and I will see what I can do to give you "The Full Monty"!

Very nice, Karen. Wonder what is up with the pictures. I plan on posting several later, in a thread of my own, so I will see if it happens to me, too.
I spent some time looking through some of my MIL's pictures on Friday. I found some from the Lake District from the 60s, and things look much the same. I mntioned to her that you had shared some lovely pictures, and she told me that her mother (originally from Warrington) spent a lot of time there. It was neat to compare her pictures to what I remembered yours looking like.
