Jamaica. We have gone every since we got married there in 1998. We keep going back so we can recharge ourselves from the daily stresses of normal life. As well as the fact that we have many friends that go there and who we only see there. We can act like children again, stay up too late, eat too much and just have a great time getting to know each other again.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I've been going there for 16 years. I love the people, food and most of the time the weather, unless I'm there in August and Sept. when its very rainy.
I have developed quite a few friendships over the years and I'm involved in a local church.
I usually stay with friends or rent an apartment when I'm there, I try to stay away from the tourist resturants(unless the food is really good, but their usually expensive) and hotels.
And when I'm there I teach kids English at a mission school which I love to do.
DH and I are planning on moving there permanently.

I love Key West! I love the attitude, the galleries, the sunset parties on the pier, the conch train tours and the snorkeling on the reefs. Many of the restaurants change often and I'm told the hotel I favor has changed since my last stay in 2001, but Sloppy Joes bar and the Hogs Breath are the same and the little pizza place the serves the best pizza at 5 a.m. mmmmmmm

The only vacation place I've been more than once is Myrtle Beach, SC and I'm not sure it's my dream vacation destination
I'm just not a "beachy" person. I love big cities with great transportation, museums, & places to window shop. I visited NYC once, three years ago and it was wonderful.

Went to Oahu & Maui back in 1980 ? with a girlfriend from work. We so wanted sweeties to share it with, it was so very romantic.
Did find a boyfriend on the long airplane ride home, too bad we didn't meet on the way over, lol.~*Darlene*~
