    Default Miami!

    DH and I are taking a long weekend trip to Miami. I am so happy about this. It's the first trip we've taken since he's been so sick, we really need the break from real life.

    We're staying here...
    Hotel St Michel (link to pictures)

    and plan to take a tour of the city, including Little Havana and Calle Ocho. DH will be playing a round of golf with his brother on Sunday while I sleep in

    That's wonderful and a well deserved vacation. My daughter and her family lives in Boca Raton. Beautiful areas down there. Enjoy yourselves!!

    We love the Miami/ Homestead area! As plant people we go down to Krome Blvd. and visit some of the nurseries. We make a visit to Coral Gables and Farichilds Botanicial Garden in November for the Ramble. Haunt throught some of the used bookstores and thriftshops and visit the flea market down on US1 on Sunday.
