    Thumbs up Dh and I are going out of town !

    For the first time as empty nesters dh and I are "going away" for the weekend and most of next week. I'm sooooo excited I can't tell you cuz we've been planning this and things keep getting in our way. We're going to visit db in NM for a couple of days and then we are going to "wing it" from there. I can't wait. I hope you girls can hold down this fort without me.....?

    Oh gosh, Gabe and I need a vacation badly. He was tossing around a weekend in Toronto or the Upper Peninsula, or even Chicago this weekend.
    (this of course would be toddler inclusive, but still fun) LOL

    Thanks girls....I can't wait. I've got lots of stuff to do (have tomatoes and peppers from the garden that have to put into freezer tonite) but I sit here catching up on the puter instead! I'll be posting the details and what we did when we get home.
