How homemade do you want them?

There are lots of Valentine cards available to print on the net. Just google Printable valentines.

I have found that the mass market Valentines at Dollar General are cheaper than what I can make.

For next year make sure to hit the after Valentine clearance. I got many boxes for less than 50 cents last year.

I forgot this one. In the past I glued one Hershey kiss and one Hershey hug to a construction heart and said. "Here's a kiss and hug for you".

I am planning to hit The Dollar Tree this weekend to see what they have as far as goodies and hope to send Lauren in with treat bags for her class. This year her class is only 14 people plus herself, so it should be pretty affordable

a few years ago my daughter is now 29 , we had no money not even .50 to spare and her and I made cards out of leftover cards/perused mother'day birthday what ever I had put away to keep we cut out the hearts , birds whatever was on the cards and glued to hearts made out of construction paper added lace , ribbon , bows to the girls and cute sayings to the boys she loved them and so did everyone in her class . Now I have a 11dd and always make sure to buy clearence ones.
