Chop cabbage
Chop onion

**Cook egg noodles**

Ingredients:
Cabbage
Onion
Butter
Salt & Pepper

**Cooked egg noodles**
Serves:
Depends upon how much you decide to make.
Directions:
Melt some butter in a large frying pan. Add the cabbage.

Saute until it is half done and most of the juice is gone. Don't cover or the juice will never evaporate.

Add the chopped onion. Saute until the cabbage is starting to brown and the onion is transparent.

Season with salt and pepper.

**If you want, add cooked egg noodles to this to extend leftovers. This is called Halushki.**
