Whata ya doin Wednesday? 5/27
Good morning. I'm sipping coffee at the moment. I've already got the trash ready to go out in a bit. I have to go into work for a stupid hearing test. Tomorrow is payday so anyone who is off would be there to pick up their check, do you think they would use logic and have the hearing test the same day? Nope, instead everyone has to make 2 trips in. I swear some people have more money than brains!!! Anywho, after that I need to come home and pick up the frontroom, do some dishes, figure bills, plan dinner, and do up my grocery list for tomorrow.
Have a great day.

I think I'm going to end up having a busy day today.
Need to:
~get a shower
~get kids breakfast
~make school lunch
~drive DS to school since it's raining
~pack my gym bag
~take DS to his preschool graduation rehursal for an hour
~hit the gym for an hour
~get some lunch
~get the house cleaned up (dishes, vaccum, etc.)
~Finish up last 2 loads of laundry that are in the washer and dryer
~wash bedding
~Finish up the decopage purse that I am doing
~Make a dessert for preschool graduation
~Go to preschool graduation
~Dinner
~Help DS with homework tonight
I think those are the main highlights. My house is fairly clean, it's just messy, and since my parents are coming up for graduation tonight, so I need to get things cleaned up!

Oh boy Sarah your day does look busy.
As for me ladies (and gents if any of them read this thread), I have another full but routine day. I'm actually really looking foward to tommorrow which will not be routine.
~ work
~ excersize
~ quick general straighten of the house while feeding the boys
~ take them to their soccer game
~ relax and attempt to get my budget sheet back together as this month has been a hot mess
I'm sure working with the numbers doesn't sound relaxing to everyone but I actually find them soothing, like a mind game.
Have a good day all!!!

I just love Wednesdays

I've folded & put away 2 loads of laundry.
I'm washing my third load and will need to fold/put those away too.
I have chicken in the crockpot, so dinner is all set.
I already cleaned up and swept the kitchen. Need to pick up the living room & vacuum.
Clean the upstairs bathroom and clean/vacuum my bedroom.
At 1:00 I need to pick up Kathryn from school and take her to the podiatrist for a follow up appt.
I used a birthday GC to order a baby dress pattern online, and I'm hoping it will come today. I want to make one for my step-niece.
Need to exercise & track calories/activities on SP.
It's raining and cold today, so I'm hoping I stay motivated.

Well, I'm tweaking my June budget & getting everything pulled together for that.
I'm also starting my grocery list.
Changing the sheets on my bed & washing them.
I'm also going through all of my kitchen cabinets this week & organizing them & today is my 'under the sink' cabinet.
Then I have to drop 14 dd. off at softball practice at 1:00 & go back & pick her up at 3:00.
Then home to fix dinner.
I *really* need to sweep & mop my kitchen floor, but I think I'm gonna push that off until tomorrow.Michelle in middle Tennessee!
Ever so slowly rebuilding my stockpile...

Lora, I totally agree, has been a lament of mine for years!!
Busy day fun day
Am making devilled eggs right now for a baby shower at school - after the kids leave and before we all have to go to a meeting!!
Still need to pick up paper plates and napkins before I go to school.
But first...
I need to shower
Make sure I pack my lunch
Leave honey do list for DH
Pack everything else for today (why oh why didn't I do this lastnite)
When I get home, I want to go to the pool for some more relaxing and gentle exercising
And I'm off to enjoy it all!! Hope you enjoy yours too!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Sewed a button on one of hubby's uniform shirts and moved a button over on one of the sleeves. Measured 3 pair of new uniform pants to hem up.
We mowed, edged, weed eated the front and back yards yesterday; so we are taking it easy today. Probably will go to Home Depot soon and check out solar screen material and some other odds and ends.Mary

Today was grocery day
First was the commissary. The boys did a scavenger hunt while I shopped (for the month). They did really well, considering. I scored BIG TIME on meat. They had pork chops marked down to 75c/lb!! I bought every package they had
Ground beef was marked down to 75c/lb too. They only had two small packages though.
Then I hit Aldi & Price Chopper while dd was at the SPCA. Later dh & I will go to Target to get some stuff I have coupons for and to take back something.

Raining and cold today so it is a good day to veg out.

Ran to get gas for the lawnmower so we are all set for tomorrow and hit Goodwill (not too much exciting there).
Finished off a knitted dishcloth and working on my baby afghan. Looking for more patterns on what to do next.
Baked brownies and blueberry muffins and we are having tuna melt sandwiches and veggie soup for dinner (nice on a cold day).
Folded and put away one load of laundry. Really need to clean bathrooms but don't feel like it today so it can wait til tomorrow.

Wow, Yankee mom that was a great price on meat!
I found some great discounted vegies at the local farmers market.
I bought 7 red peppers, 3 zukes, 1 cauliflower, 7 pounds of apples and a pound of butter for 12.58. I was pretty happy with that.
then when I dropped my daughter at St. John ambulance they had a bunch of plants left over from their plant sale, abandoned and dried out.... I rescued for free 2 pink violets, a phloxs, toadflax (don't know what that is), honesty, 3 autumn sedums all for free!
Hung laundry it was almost warm.
Made pancakes for lunch.
Lentils and rice casserole for dinner.
