    Default Waste not Wednesday 1/6

Good morning. I'm getting ready to leave for work. I did some exercises, packed my lunch and I just finished eating some cereal. I need to go to the bank and deposit our change jar when I get off work. I also need to

    -do dishes
-do one more load of clothes
    -sweep bedroom
I think dinner will be breakfast, sausage or bacon and toast.
    Have a great day ladies.

I'm looking foward to a peaceful routine day of work and normal chores and then either snuggling up in bed with a book or on the couch with the kids to watch Ice Age 3.

Hope everyone has a great day!

Kids are out of school today. The weather looks like it will be nasty for the next two days so I am sure they won't be in at all this week. Time to break out the homeschool books and get them waking their brains up (still on Christmas break since the weather has kept them from school).
The furnace repair guy should be here any minute. Can't wait to have it fixed but dreading writing the check.
Checked the sales papers for loss leaders. Need to pull coupons and plan my shopping for Saturday (should be able to get out of the house by then I hope).
Inside the house we are taking down Christmas decorations, doing laundry and trying not to go stir crazy.

Ds is off at school and I will eat breakfast at home. Need to return somethings to k-mart and will try not to buy ahything else.
Made HM pizza last night for tonights dinner. Have leftover roast and soup for lunch for DH and I.

Plan to menu plan for eating at home until 1/15 next paycheck. And reorg pantry for at least an hour today. Kitchen still needs a lot of love too.

It is a lazy day here. Have laundry in the dryers. After putting away laundry will go for a walk. Then go to an appointment. Need to do some reading today. Then cook up vegetables. All in all a pretty relaxing day today.

Today is a no drive no spend day for me. I need to exercise, clean out the bottom half of the pantry, wash one load of clothes, clean the light fixture and fan in the master bath, iron, sweep, vacuum and dust. Have a good day everyone.

Morning all. I ran to Walgreens this morning. Yds needed notebooks and we broke the stapler last week so we needed another. Also got some laundry detergent that was on sale there.
I am not going anywhere else today. Gonna do some cleaning and paperwork today. Have a good day

What a wimp! I called in "hurting" around noon, and I'm not going to work this afternoon. Really bad arthritis day. There are two student workers there tonight so I won't even be missed.

Shortly I'm going to make a cup of tea, settle under a quilt with an audio book and some crocheting.

Other than cooking supper, and you better believe I'll come up with something easy, that's it. No chores. Even the dishes can sit, unless this eases off later tonight, as it may.

    Smile Frugal Wednesday

Woke up determined to get stuff done.
Got the oatmeal buns dough started, laundry started, housework done.
Went to the computer; computer was very slow and kept freezing; lots of probs with ordering coupons, freebies. IT WAS NOT MY DAY!
Baked the buns; ate some buns; went back to computer; deleted lots of stuff on my desktop and in my files; computer now less sluggish.
    Bagged and froze the buns.
Nice little pile of dishes awaiting me for the wash-up.
Fridge & freezer are both full now.

Ticked off that 2 hours of my time was spent on computer aggravation today. I am losing patience with that sort of thing; no, it's more like I'm getting wise to that sort of thing, and I'm actually more and more happier when I'm not on the computer. Last year, I spent quite a bit of my time internetting, but I've figured out what's worth it and what's not. As a result, I'm unsubbing from lots of different sites and newsletters.
On the plus side, bad computer experiences always make housework more enjoyable.

Just a quiet day here - scheduling more appt's for my dad and I went swimming and made one really long phone call to catch up with a gf. Hopefully some reading will occur tonight.

Productive day today. I worked this morning, finishing up my patients for the week...I love my job! Then I did our weekly grocery shopping, turned in my paperwork for the week, and took the kids to youth group.

Now, time to relax and visit FV. Kids are praying that we get enough snow to cancel school tomorrow...I am praying just the opposite, lol.
