Hola!

Good morning! I slept fabulously, despite the fact that dd's bball practice went until 8:45 last night. AACK! I usually have my youngest in bed by 8:00, so she's going to be a bear this morning, I imagine!

At any rate, I've got the fire started downstairs, and it started right up on the first try with no further prodding from me! YAY! This weather is bizarre, though. Supposed to be close to 50 again. Sigh.

Today is work for me and NO dental appointments! We are going with ortho #2 for dd's braces, but I have postponed setting up the appointment to get things started as I have to come up with $1500 upfront. And I am NOT putting it on a credit card, doggone it! I love how they think the price of $5000 is nothing. Not THIS gal!

Tonight I am working until 4:45 to make up for the work I missed yesterday. The older two will ride the bus home, and the youngest will be at church school. This will save me gas from having to go pick her up, too. Yay!

I need to pick up this house tonight. Yuck, not having been home for many days in a row is taking a toll on this place. Time to get busy!

Good morning. I've been up since 9. DH is fast aleep so I'm being quiet at the moment. I did take the trash out for pick up and just in time. DH has that appointment with the tooth guy this afternoon. While he's there I want to run the sweeper in the frontroom and hallways. Dinner will be leftover soup which is perfect since DH may not be able to chew. I plan on getting in some reading today, have to exercise, and need to start planning meals for our next grocery shopping trip. Hope you all have a great day.

Hi Everyone!

This morning started out somewhat eventful. Well, it was more eventful than my mornings usually are.

I got up, did my usual routine (scripture study, eat, etc). After I ate breakfast, I opened the freezer to get some ice for my water and noticed that the cubes were all stuck together. That usually means the freezer isn't freezing well or someone left it open a crack. Lately the freezer has been a real pain and the items don't seem as frozen. So, I figured it was just the freezer not freezing well. It does this occasionally. So I had to clean the whole thing out! This freezer drives me crazy! If it wasn't connected to the fridge, I would get rid of it. *sigh*

I decided to get a jump start on dinner for tonight. It seems we avoid chili mac here. Every time we plan to have it for dinner, we decide on something else. Not today. I think my usual hang up is cooking the noodles. By the time I usually have to cook the noodles it's after everyone is home and things are crazy! And noodles being noodles take some time to cook. SO, today I made them earlier. The meat is already browned, now all I need to do it put it together with the spices and that's it! I have the ingredients in the breadmachine ready to go and the machine's timer is set! Bread will be for dinner too!

The daily cleaning is done. I have two loads of laundry to deal with and that will be it for the cleaning.

Yippee!!!
