Wacky Wednesday

Good morning!!
Its another warm day here, so hard to get in the holiday mood and wrap all these gifts laying around.
Pete has been off for 4 days so my house is MESSY!!
I have a day full of shops so the cleaning is going to be put on the back burner till tommorrow.

Hello all!! It is very cold here today. I am not ready for this!

Dh and I went and ran some errands today. I also did a load of dishes. That is about it for me.

It looks like we are due for rain here. I am mostly going to be wrapping Christmas presents, putting away Halloween decorations, and putting out some of my Christmas decorations like wreaths and table coverings. I'm making a sausage and mac and cheese casserole for dinner with some scalloped potatoes and steamed asparagus, nothing too fancy. Everyone have a great day!

Doctor's appointments off & on today....

GW left "for good" at 8am for his field training exercise....

I keeping two extra kiddos while they are in the field for two of our single soldiers

Laundry - whew - always laundry to be done!

I've already vacuumed and cleaned the kitchen

Anyone know what we should have for dinner?! Maybe the leftovers of the leftover homemade chicken noodle soup & I'll bake another loaf of bread!

I need some caffeine....I'm fading fast....

DH and I have great plans to clean out our bedroom & bedroom closets today... but so far, it's nearly noon and neither of us has started. We'll see. Wednesdays are the only day of the week we're off together, so we always have big plans, but little motivation.

I do have to do a few things today:
-write two letters
-three loads of laundry
-make a casserole with the diced ham that I thawed out days ago
-continue online Christmas shopping (that's what I've done all day!)

It's a beautiful but cold day here today.
I had to get a few things at the store since my computer if acting up again

I'll be {hopefully} getting the computer fixed within the next few days.
There are a few things I need to get done around here today
got a load of laundry going
took meds
had breakfast & coffee
need to change furnace filter
put the rest of groceries away
clean kitchen
wash dishes
clean bathroom
take garbage out
clean up computer desk
make a couple of cards for some friends {one is moving back to N.Y. soon & one I have lost contact with}
clean bedroom/office
that's about it for me today.

HI All,
Today I surprised with 3 emails from my closest childhood friend Iwalani telling me that she is engaged!!!!

I am so thrilled for her! She also sent me pictures of her parents 5oth wedding anniversary, so I spent an hour looking through all of those and alternating between crying and laughing as I remembered all the people that I love and have not seen for years. It made for a wonderful morning! I also rewrote a portion of the play that we are doing at co-op, got some chili going in the crockpot for dinner, had the boys do school and hang out 2 loads of laundry, made some phone calls, did my devotions and prayers, showered and did my hair and am now trying to get caught up on all your lives!!!!
