Not much going on here today as the house is already clutter free and in order, which is unusual! I have already tended to the kitten and fed the dog, vacuumed, swept the kitchen and dining room, did the dishes and washed 2 loads of laundry. I still need to quick mop the dining room, pick up oldest DS from football practice, clean the glass around the house, make dinner and clean up. Other than that I am thinking I will take the 2 younger boys out for some new sneakers. Theirs barely fit and look aweful.
I hope everyone has a great day!

I cleaned my dad's apt. yesterday, and did his wash last night, so I'm REALLLLLY not in the mood to clean at all,----- or even cook.

I am only going to run out, and take my change jar and cash it in, and use the $$ on a couple of things I need and a well deserved take-out night. If I have to dirty up the kitchen and all the pots and pans again, I'm gonna scream.

I've just run by home from work to have a bit of lunch. Going to throw and lot of clothes in the washer and get the dishwasher unloaded while I'm here. Hope everyone is enjoying their Wednesday.

    Definitely not quiet here. Oy!

    Today was shopping day.
Went to the commissary & the credit union this morning. Came home & put away the fridge/freezer stuff.

This afternoon went to thrift store #1, slim pickins. But I did get some shorts for the boys, a pair of pants for dd, and a pair of slip on (heel-less) sneakers for me. After that it was on to Kmart & picked up a layaway, got a couple more things that we missed the first time around. Then on to Target, not much there. After Target it was Price Chopper and P&C (grocery stores) for their loss leaders. We also stopped at thrift store #2 on the way home and found a cute tablecloth for the kitchen table, an art set (real canvas, paints, palette, etc for dd's easel), and a coffee cup for dd#1 to call her own. Now she won't mooch mine

Then we came home & I put away all the stuff we got and rearranged the pantry and stockpile area so I can fit in the stocking up that I did. I'm definitely stocked on school lunch & snack stuff!!!

In between I got two loads of laundry done, hung up the boys' new school clothes, and put away the school supplies. Nothing left to buy for school except a pkg of socks for my oldest boy. His feet no longer fit in boys' socks I have to get him MENS socks. He's only nine

I have the flu...so, I'm propped up in the glider rocker with my laptop on my lap...trying not to think about food...and drinking gatorade. Not terribly exciting. I want to be well!!!!
