Default anyone buying an engagement ring soon?

here is an extremely undervalued stone. beautifully cut.

eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

i have a message to him to ask him measure it with a ruler, because i remember helzberg selling this ring as a helzberg masterpiece 1 carat mans ring. a one carat stone should be 6.5 mm across.

get the stone reset into a fresh setting. what a steal!

an "ideal cut" one carat stone like that retails for 5000-6000 us dollars.
    11% gross to retirement
10% takehome to tithe and offerings
emergency fund maintained at 3000(works for me)
    credit card debt 7500
    mortgage free
freedom accounts/sinking funds that ebb and flow
    then live on the rest!

i am trying something new. LDS church advises savings or debt repayment should be the same as the tithe. 10% each.

There is very little info offered on this ring. They did not even list the color and clarity, which can be very difficult to tell in a picture, and affect value of the stone immensely.

Also remember that a stone that's cut too shallowly will measure wider across than one that is cut well.

i can tell, because i can see the arrows and the circle in the bottom of the stone, that it is ideal cut. from my memory from old helzberg info that it is a helzberg masterpiece.
