Question Do you still have your wedding dress?

No, it was a dress I could wear everyday.

I didn't wear a dress, but what I did wear, I no longer have anymore.

Yes, I do, although I don't know what in the world I will ever do with it. DD turned her nose up at it when I showed it to her. It is not a wedding dress per se, just a nice knee length dress.

I have mine, but I spent so little on it that it wasn't worth spending the $ on getting it professionally cleaned! I only paid $100 for the materials (including all the beaded appliques) and a neighbor sewed it for $100. I wasn't going to spend $150 to have it cleaned!

So it hangs in my closet, coffee stains, dirt and all, a great reminder of how much fun we had that day.

Someday if DD is interested I'll pull the appliques off for her wedding dress. In the meantime I'll just let it hang in the closet.

Sara, that comment left things way too open for interpretation! LOL

All kidding aside, I still have mine, and am trying to decide what to do with it. Which reminds me, I owe Denise some pictures....

No, I donated mine to the Salvation Army last year when I realized it no longer had sentimental value to me. It also took up so much space in my closet.

My Mom has it (we were grad students and lived in a tiny apartment after our wedding - the dress would have taken up our whole bedroom closet).

Still have it. I had it professionally cleaned and preserved. My mom is storing it for me right now. I still have the slip, too. I loan it to schools for their dramas (works almost like a hoop skirt for some).

Yes. I had it preserved and it's in a box in our spare room.

lol I wore a women's tuxedo- inspired type pant suit. So basically a tux but feminine and no bow tie. lol It had sheer sleeves. I'm not a dress type and can't imagine wearing a wedding gown/veil.

Sorta like this but white and sheer sleeves and satin cuffs.
