Does your dh wear a wedding band?

with my husband being deployed, certain missions they are told not to wear them. It was funny the last time he was there he came home took his ring off and I swear it was still there lol...So yes normallyhe does.

No we didn't buy one when we got married because we could not afford one for him. He gave me one that used to be his mothers.

My DH can't wear his because of the work he does. They sent home a list of does and don'ts and on it was do no wear your wedding ring to work. Also since he broke that finger several years ago it doesn't fit him anymore.

Because of his work dh only wears his on the weekend.

Mine does, I'll kick his butt if he doesn't! Nah, he always wears it and flips out if he takes it off and forgets to put it back on.

Dh can't wear his to work, but he wears it all the time when he is home.

nope my dh does not wear his ring. every now and again I think about getting him a new one.

Yep, my guy wears his all the time. Matter of fact we had to replace his first one because he wore it thin. Was very soft gold. Now he has a tungsten carbide ring so highly unlikely it will be worn out this time.

No he doesn't.

When he joined the police academy they suggested that they not wear them. For one it can get caught on things, like when jumping a fence. Two, because it can be dangerous for families if it's advertised that there is at least a wife at home and someone wants to get even. So he took it off and by the time he hit the streets the tan line was gone.

We've talked about buying a new one for him (his is really beat up from his first deployment and doesn't fit right anymore anyway) to wear when he's off duty. We might after he gets home from this deployment. Doesn't really matter to me.

DH wears his everywhere but work. He plans to get the band tattooed around his finger so he will have that on if he ever has to go prolonged periods without it. I love the tattooed bands -- I intend to get one also.

Nope, He did when we first married and he was a truck driver but has been a hi-lo , heavy machinery mechanic for over 17 yars now. It is dangerous for him to wear it at work and we both eventually got out of the habit of remembering for him to put it on at home.

Nope. He lost his first one in the ocean (no lie!) and we got it replaced, but he hardly every wears it.

DH wears his all the time, but on his pinky since it became too small when he gained some weight.

He never takes it off.

He had poison ivy last week so bad that he had to work from home because he was such a mess and wound up having to take off his ring because of blisters on his fingers from the poison ivy and he was really upset about having to take it off. It's very cute.
