It's close to 95 here today, so I'm not cooking - it's just toooo hot. We're having spinach and baby green salad with ham sandwiches and chips.

I have creamy italian chicken in the cp for dh and the dks.......rice or noodles too. For me........probably a grilled chicken salad!

I Love Chicken Cordon Bleu
I made chicken cordon bleu for my husband 17 years ago on our first date and he fell in love with me that night!!! Now that we have two kids and our meals are a bit more um boring and utilitarian, I would love this recipe!!!
Gee, back then I made chicken cordon blue with brocoli and rice pilaf, a nice bottle of wine and chocolate mousse for dessert!!!Bethany
