What's for Dinner, Wed 7/22?
Braised Lamb Chop Casserole. There will be carrots and peas in the casserole and sliced potatoes on top.
I made that Orange Cake yesterday so that's for dessert again tonight.

We'll be having creamy pork with mushrooms, mashed potatoes & sauteed yellow squash. Yum!

It's too hot to cook much today. I going to make bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches. I don't know about desert--maybe sliced peaches.

Dave has a board meeting tonight, so I'll be making chicken, broccoli & ziti w/pesto sauce. (he doesn't like pesto or broccoli)

we're having Long John Silvers. Not healthy or homemade, but we have a coupon for a family meal, a gift certificate that will cover the entire cost, and a need to run errands in town anyway....
