Default What's for Dinner, Wed 7/22?

Braised Lamb Chop Casserole. There will be carrots and peas in the casserole and sliced potatoes on top.

I made that Orange Cake yesterday so that's for dessert again tonight.

It's too hot to cook much today. I going to make bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches. I don't know about desert--maybe sliced peaches.

we're having Long John Silvers. Not healthy or homemade, but we have a coupon for a family meal, a gift certificate that will cover the entire cost, and a need to run errands in town anyway....

Another recipe from the crock pot blog.

I have to get some kind of veggie for a side, and I will serve it with rice.
