    We had an assortment of things... homemade vegetable soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, and leftovers. At least we didn't go out to eat!

    Veggie night here.

    I made a tasty stew, everything fresh from the garden. 1 eggplant, 1-1/2 yellow bell peppers, and 3 varieties of tomatoes. Quick cook. Then simmered 15 minutes. Yum.

    We went out to Ryan's. Had not been there in probably a year. I remember why now. It was sooo bad. If it were not for a very sweet server, I would have been raising a little heck. Her mood alone kept me in a pretty good mood.

    Next time we head to the Chinese place we love or to Golden Corral if we must have a buffet.
