    Salad, marinated skirt steak, korean yam, and a piece of banana walnut fruitcake. Yes, fruitcake I really do like the stuff. First time making it, smells good. Have to laugh since it makes one 3 pound cake. This is what the recipe even says.

    Dinner on Wednesday (every Wednesday): Homemade Pizza

    Mix dough night before & refrigerated or by 2:00 pm Wednesday - 15 minutes
    Sauce - organic tomato & basil sauce bulk buy at Costco
    Pepperoni - organic bought at Whole Foods Groceries
    Mozzarella Cheese - bulk bought at Costco

    Cost - about $3 for large.

    Cost from PappaJohns - $11.99 plus $2 delivery charge = $13.99

    Savings - $10.99
    Yearly Savings - $571.48
